1.- Return of the full ski pass free of charge for all customers who have not used it. Or full deposit for the 21-22 season. Deadline: 11/04/21

2.- Proportional return of the season pass for customers who have used it. Check the conditions below. Deadline: 11/04/21

3.- Users with a Ski & Bike ski pass, and who have not requested any type of total or partial return, may request a 10% discount on the 21/22 rate *

A. FULL REFUND OF THE SKI & BIKE 20/21 SEASON SKI PASS IN THE EVENT OF NON-USE

All customers who have not made use of their seasonal ski pass may request a full refund of their seasonal ski pass. In order to process this process, you can contact shop.vallnordpalarinsal@vallnord.com if you have made the purchase online or clients@vallnord.com if you have made the purchase at the box office. Please see all conditions below.

All customers who have not used their season pass may request compensation with a deposit for next season. To perform this process, you must contact clients@vallnord.com.

B. PROPORTIONAL REIMBURSEMENT OF THE SKI & BIKE 20/21 SEASON SKI PASS IN CASE OF USE

All customers who have used their seasonal ski pass, can request compensation with a financial pass to be discounted with the days used:

4 days used x 20 € / price ff day = 80 € used

PVP FF Season residents € 180 – € 80 used = € 100 to be returned.

It is confirmed that the customer who requests the return, will not be able to enjoy any more benefits and advantages (winter and summer 20-21) at the station or any discount for next season. They can request a full refund of their season pass. In order to process this process, you can contact shop.vallnordpalarinsal@vallnord.com if you have made the purchase online or clients@vallnord.com if you have made the purchase at the box office. Please see all conditions below. January 2 and 3, 2021 do not count in the use of the FF (free days).

C. COMPENSATION OF A 10% DISCOUNT FOR ALL CUSTOMERS WHO KEEP THEIR SEASON SKI PASS.

All customers keep their Ski & Bike season pass for the 20/21 season, they can request a 10% discount for the 21/22 season pass.

If you buy online your season pass

 Cas 1: If you have made your purchase through our website, send the locator number or service voucher file to shop.palarinsal@vallnord.com 

 

  • It is understood that with the cancellation of the season pass, all the benefits associated with the promotion of the original purchase are canceled.
  • If you want to buy the season pass for this 2020/21 season again, the price to apply for the season pass will be the one in force at the time the new purchase becomes effective.

    If you buy your season pass on ticket office

    Cas 2: If you have made the purchase directly at any point of sale of our ticket offices, send proof of the purchase receipt and / or the scanned passes to clients@vallnord.com

    Refunds will be made through the bank according to the payment method, and never in person.

     

    • If the purchase was made with a card, Vallnord Pal Arinsal will automatically credit the amount of the purchase of the FF to your card account.
    • If the purchase was made in cash, send the IBAN number and the account holder. Vallnord Pal Arinsal will make a transfer as soon as possible.
       
      • It is understood that with the cancellation of the season pass, all the benefits associated with the promotion of the original purchase are canceled.
      • If you want to buy the season pass for this 2020/21 season, the price to be applied for the season pass will be the one in force at the time the new purchase becomes effective.

      SNOWPLUS

      (Until the day before the slopes open) you can request a refund of the amount of the contracted services from Snowplus at snowplus@vallnord.com or by contacting the telephone number + 376 331 967.

      • It is understood that with the cancellation of the Snowplus service, all the benefits associated with the promotion of the original purchase are canceled (ex: wallet balance). 

       

      • If you want to buy the Snowplus services again for this 2020/21 season, the price to apply will be the one in force at the time the new purchase becomes effective.

       

      • From the moment the slopes and lifts of Vallnord – Pal Arinsal are fully opened, on December 18, 2020, the cancellation policy established in the general conditions of the purchase of Snowplus services will be in force again.
