2020, 14th April, La Massana.- Due to the corrent global pandemic of the Covid-19, the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) and Vallnord – Pal Arinsal must announce that the fifth round Mercedes-Benz UCI 2020 MTB MTB World Cup, which was expected to take place from 16 to 21 June 21, 2020, has been canceled.

The decision has been taken as a sense of responsibility. The running of the event  could have posed a risk to the health and safety of all runners, participants and fans. Vallnord – Pal Arinsal is already working with the UCI, to postpone this test for the calendar of the year 2021, as it is being done at other sporting events.

Vallnord – Pal Arinsal would have hosted the eighth edition this year and want to take the opportunity to thank as always, for the trust and support of all those involved, as well as runners, collaborators, sponsors and teams.
